Skinner

Another of Emprisss' soldiers. He's got a pretty weird power. That odd glow around him is actually a clear skin, and should he touch someone, that person's attributes are transferred into the skin once it's shed. The skin itself acts as a minion, completely loyal to Skinner. I really enjoyed playing with his abilities, needless to say. Skinner is also the basis for another character I hope to have posted soon.
